Refund Policy

At Lusha, Inc. we are committed to client satisfaction with the products we provide. However, we understand that technical issues arise, minds change, and the unexpected happens that can take away from the Lusha experience.

 

Please see below our reimbursement and return policies when doing business with us. All policies below are active for the first 30 days of purchase.

 

Damaged Merchandise

If you receive a damaged product from our machines, please take a picture of the product, head to our https://forms.gle/p5XADQonfeEAeLm2A then fill out the reimbursement form with the photo of the damaged product attached.

 

We will send you store credit equivalent to the cost of the merchandise within 10 business days.

 

Requesting a Refund

If your item was not dispensed you are entitled to a request for a refund. You have 5 business days to submit a request form for unused product.

 

Please head to https://forms.gle/p5XADQonfeEAeLm2A and fill out our reimbursement request form. Once your form has been reviewed and approved, please send your product to the following address: 4195 Leimert Blvd Los Angeles CA, 90008. Your shipping expenses will be covered by Lusha, Inc.

Please note that depending on where you live, the time to receive your product and supply a full reimbursement to your card may take up to 30 business days.

 

 

Change of Mind

If you have purchased a product from us and have chosen to return the product, you can either exchange your product or receive store credit equivalent to the cost of the item.

 

Fill out the reimbursement request form here at https://forms.gle/p5XADQonfeEAeLm2A  . Once your form has been reviewed and approved, please send your product to the following address: 4195 Leimert Blvd Los Angeles CA, 90008. You will not be responsible for paying return shipping costs. Lusha, Inc will cover your expenses.

 

Please give us up to 30 days to receive the product and to send you store credit. If you opted to exchange for another product, this will be sent to your address via postal mail. Depending on your location, this can take upwards of 20 business days to reach you.
